Data Protection Policy

The project “Strengthening the role of civil society organizations in Bulgaria in the protection and promotion of fundamental European rights and values”, ProEUvaluesBG, is implemented within the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Program (CERV). The funding body is the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), under the powers delegated to it by the European Commission.

Project “ProEUvaluesBG” is implemented by a consortium including: 1) Open Society Institute – Sofia Foundation, 2) Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation “, 3) The European Citizen Action Service (ECAS), together with its registered in Bulgaria branch. Each of the three consortium member organizations is a personal data administrator within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Organizations shall implement their own personal data protection policy.

Open Society Institute – Sofia Foundation – lead partner in the consortium, is responsible for the overall implementation of the project activities and manages the financial support of initiatives under the “Action” Fund. Their personal data protection policy can be found HERE.
